About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced paid acquisition manager for our growing Demand Generation team, with the goal of improving paid campaign performance, expanding to new channels, and increasing revenue and growth. The right person is consistently focused on improvement and optimization and knows how to work collaboratively as part of a team. This position is a hands-on position.


What Will You Do:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid channels and campaigns, and will also be tasked with expanding to other media platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize the performance of large-scale display and video campaigns on DSPs, YouTube, and additional platforms.
  • Build, track and optimize ABM experiences utilizing intent data and account-level success metrics
  • Analyze and identify the paid acquisition tactics, strategies and journeys that effectively drive business KPIs
  • Manage and optimize directory profiles and related PPC campaigns
  • Scale and improve PPL programs in collaboration with marketing operations and sales to improve lead quality
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members such as design, social, content, sales, product marketing, web and SEO to develop creative and successful campaigns that impact business goals.
  • Run ongoing A/B tests on different activity parameters.
  • Screen paid acquisition expansion opportunities and run pilot programs to validate new channels
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the company-wide media strategy, directly impacting marketing program success

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in managing global paid search, YouTube or paid social activities for B2B brands
  • Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey
  • Experience using an ABM platform for advertising purposes
  • High Level of English – mandatory
  • Knowledge of analytics and marketing platforms (GA4, Marketo, Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce)
  • Technical and analytical orientation
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, multitasking
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Knows how to work collaboratively as part of a team.
