How the Integration Works
The integration is a one-way, daily sync from HiBob to Qobra via API. It pulls all relevant user attributes and group structures created in HiBob—such as departments, locations, compensation fields, or custom fields—and makes them available in Qobra to support compensation logic. Once connected, any updates made in HiBob are automatically reflected in Qobra on a daily basis, ensuring that variable compensation calculations always align with the most current employee data.
