The integration between Payactiv and HiBob enables companies to seamlessly launch Earned Wage Access (EWA) with minimal effort while enhancing the financial wellness of their workforce. By connecting HiBob’s employee data and time & attendance records with Payactiv’s secure infrastructure, the integration eliminates manual file handling, reduces errors, and ensures employees can access their earned wages in real time. How the Integration Works
The Payactiv–HiBob integration is a one-way, automated sync that retrieves employee demographic and worked hours data from HiBob multiple times a day. Employee information—including ID, name, contact details, employment status, and pay rate—is pulled via HiBob’s People/Search API and used to verify identity and activate EWA services. Separately, the integration fetches time & attendance data through HiBob’s Reports API, including clock-in/out times, regular and overtime hours. Using this data, Payactiv calculates the employee’s accessible earned wages daily. Setup requires creating a service account in HiBob and sharing relevant credentials and report IDs with Payactiv. Once configured, the integration runs automatically, keeping Payactiv updated with real-time, accurate payroll inputs without disrupting existing systems.
