The integration between HiBob and ADP Payforce streamlines payroll operations for Australian and New Zealand businesses by automating the transfer of employee data directly from Bob into Payforce. Designed for mid-to-large companies, this one-way integration ensures payroll accuracy, eliminates manual entry, and keeps HR and finance teams aligned by using HiBob as the single source of truth. Key events like new hires, job changes, terminations, and approved time off are captured and transferred in standardized reports, supporting compliance and reducing administrative burden.
How the Integration Works
The integration supports the export of employee and payroll data from HiBob to Payforce via SFTP or manual file download. Four core reports—New Hires, Changes, Terminations, and Time Off—are generated automatically and transferred in the required format. The sync is one-way (Bob → Payforce), and all updates must be made in Bob. Each report follows a specific order to ensure data integrity. While most fields are mapped automatically, value and field mapping can be customized to align with your Payforce configuration. Tax-related data and additional fields not managed in Bob must still be entered directly in Payforce.
