How the Integration Works
This is a one-way integration from HiBob to AccessOwl. AccessOwl pulls key employee attributes—such as name, email, start and end dates, manager, team, department, and role—on a regular sync schedule. Based on this data, AccessOwl automatically provisions or removes access to assigned SaaS tools according to pre-configured role-based rules. For example, a new hire’s start date in HiBob can trigger immediate access to Slack, Notion, or Salesforce, while a termination automatically revokes permissions across all platforms. This ensures accurate, compliant, and hands-free access management, tailored to each stage of the employee journey.
