Mike brings with him more than 30 years of leadership experience across enterprise cloud software, HCM, and business transformation. He most recently served as CEO of Unit4, where he led the company in delivering people-focused ERP solutions for service-based organisations. Prior to that, he was President of SAP SuccessFactors and CEO of NGA Human Resources (now Strada and Zellis). Mike’s unique track record spans founding and scaling startups, leading major global enterprises, and various Private Equity backed software companies.
