Joe Garafalo is GM of HiBob’s FP&A product line. Joe has a background in finance and accounting. He led Finance teams for a decade before founding an FP&A platform that helped bring financial workflows into the 21st century. Joe joined HiBob via acquisition in April 2025 as part of HiBob’s mission to unite HR and Finance teams around the globe.
