HiBob $100 Gift Card Meeting Offer: Official Terms and Conditions

These Official Terms and Conditions (the “Terms“) govern the HiBob $100 Gift Card Meeting Offer (the “Offer“). By requesting, booking or attending a meeting in connection with the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Offer is a promotional incentive and is not a sweepstakes, contest or game of chance.

1. Sponsor. The Offer is sponsored by Hi Bob Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 275 7th Ave, Suite 1705, New York, NY 10001 (“HiBob“, “we“, “us” or “our“).

2. No purchase necessary. No purchase, payment, subscription or other commitment is required to participate in the Offer or to receive the Reward. Attending a Qualifying Meeting (as defined below) does not obligate you or your employer to purchase or license any HiBob product or service, and the Reward is not conditioned on, and is not intended to influence, any purchasing decision.

3. Offer Period. The Offer begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 16 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 31 December 2026 (the “Offer Period“), or earlier if the Reward Cap is reached in accordance with Section 7. To qualify, a meeting must be both booked and held within the Offer Period.

4. Eligibility. The Offer is open only to individuals who, both at the time of booking and at the time of the meeting: (a) are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher); (b) are legal residents of, and employed in, one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; (c) are employed in a human resources, payroll, HRIS or finance role at a company or organisation with 50 – 500 employees (an “Eligible Company“); (d) were invited by HiBob through this campaign (LinkedIn ad, message or landing page) (each, a “Campaign Channel“); (e) are not employees, officers, directors, contractors or agents of HiBob, its affiliates or its advertising, promotional or fulfilment agencies, or members of the immediate family or household of any such person; (f) are not employed by, or providing services to, a competitor of HiBob, as solely determined by HiBob; (g) are not employees or officials of any federal, state or local government, government agency, public international organisation, public institution (including any public school, university or hospital) or state-owned or state-controlled entity; (h) are not employed by a company that is a current HiBob customer or that has had an open sales opportunity with HiBob within the 90 days before the date the meeting is booked; and (i) are permitted to accept the Reward under their employer’s policies and any law, regulation or code of conduct applicable to them, as described in Section 9. HiBob will determine eligibility in its sole discretion, and its decisions are final.

5. Qualifying Meeting. A “Qualifying Meeting” is a meeting that meets all of the following requirements: (a) it is booked during the Offer Period through a Campaign Channel or directly with a HiBob representative who invited the eligible participant under the Offer; (b) the registered participant attends the full scheduled meeting with a HiBob sales representative, and the meeting is not cancelled, missed or rescheduled to a date outside the Offer Period; (c) the meeting lasts at least 30 minutes and consists of a HiBob product demonstration or discovery conversation; and (d) HiBob has verified in its records that the meeting was held and that the participant is eligible. Submitting a form, opening a message or email, or booking a meeting does not, by itself, qualify for a Reward. Meetings booked or attended through any other channel or attended by a person other than the invited eligible participant, do not qualify.

6. Reward. Each eligible participant who completes a Qualifying Meeting will receive one (1) Amazon.com digital gift card with a face value of US $100 (the “Reward“). The Reward may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash.

7. Limits and Reward Cap. Limit of one (1) Reward per person and one (1) Reward per Eligible Company during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of meetings attended or the number of email addresses. Rewards are limited at HiBob’s sole discretion (the “Reward Cap“). Rewards will be allocated in the order in which Qualifying Meetings are verified. Once the Reward Cap is reached, the Offer will end and no further Rewards will be issued. HiBob will post a notice on the campaign landing page when the Reward Cap has been reached.

8. Fulfilment. Rewards will be delivered by email to the business email address provided by the participant when booking, within 30 days after HiBob verifies the Qualifying Meeting. Participants must provide complete and accurate information. HiBob will not be responsible for any Reward that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, blocked or filtered email address. If a Reward is returned as undeliverable, or the participant does not respond within 14 days to a HiBob request for information needed to deliver the Reward, the Reward will be forfeited (not to be reallocated). Rewards are issued by Amazon.com and are subject to the Amazon.com’s terms and conditions. HiBob is not responsible for any Reward that is lost, stolen, used without authorisation or expired after delivery.

9. Employer policies, gift rules and taxes. Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in the Offer and accepting the Reward is permitted by their employer’s policies (including any gifts, entertainment, anti-bribery or conflict-of-interest policies) and by any law or regulation applicable to them. By accepting the Reward, the participant represents that they are so permitted and that, where required, they have disclosed the Reward to, or obtained approval from, their employer. HiBob may withhold a Reward where it reasonably believes that acceptance would breach any such policy or law. Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with the Reward. HiBob may request a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law, and a participant who does not provide requested tax information may forfeit the Reward.

10. Fraud and disqualification. HiBob may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any person, and withhold or reclaim any Reward, if HiBob reasonably believes that the person has provided false, misleading or incomplete information; used multiple identities, profiles or email addresses; tampered with or abused the Offer process; not participated in good faith; or otherwise breached these Terms.

11. Changes, suspension and termination. HiBob may modify, suspend or terminate the Offer, or amend these Terms, at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical failure or exhaustion of the Reward Cap. 

12. Privacy. Personal data collected in connection with the Offer (including name, business email address, job title, company name and meeting details) will be used by HiBob to schedule and conduct the meeting, verify eligibility, deliver the Reward, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations and, subject to applicable law and the participant’s marketing preferences, to send information about HiBob products and services, in each case in accordance with the HiBob Privacy Policy at https://www.hibob.com/privacy/privacy-policy/. HiBob will share personal data with its gift card vendor and other service providers only to the extent necessary to administer the Offer. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any HiBob email.

13. Third-party platforms. The Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.com Gift Cards may be redeemed on the Amazon.com website towards the purchase of eligible products and cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. 14. Release and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Offer each participant releases HiBob, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, together with LinkedIn and the gift card issuer (the “Released Parties“), from any and all claims, liability and damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Offer or the receipt or use of a Reward. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, lost, late or misdirected communications, or errors in the administration of the Offer. HiBob’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Offer will in no event exceed US $100. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and the Offer are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each participant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

16. General. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. HiBob’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any advertising or promotional material for the Offer, these Terms prevail.
