Bob Hiring Module Terms of Use

By choosing to subscribe to HiBob’s applicant tracking system module (“bob Hiring”), you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below, which are in addition and subject to the subscription terms separately agreed by you (the Customer or Authorized User, respectively) and HiBob.

Bob Hiring module is an applicant tracking module facilitating the management of job applications and streamlining the hiring process for Customers. Bob Hiring module is highly customizable, thus allowing you to self-configure the tracking preferences and process based on the applicable legal and employment related requirements you see fit.

By using the module you represent and warrant that you and the Applicants will comply with any applicable laws and regulations concerning your use of bob Hiring, which may vary between jurisdictions, including but not limited to laws related to employee-selection procedures, applicable equal employment opportunity regulation and any unfair discrimination laws, ensuring that only selection techniques relevant to the job applications are deployed in bob Hiring.

Any use of bob Hiring, including the Applicants’ use will be under your sole responsibility and liability, and in no event will HiBob have any responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions related to your or the Applicants’ use of bob Hiring, including the manner in which you, the Authorized Users or the Applicants use bob Hiring, make employment-related decisions based on information obtained or processed through bob Hiring or any notifications received by it.
