The integration between Bob and TriNet streamlines HR and payroll processes by syncing employee data from HiBob—your system of record—directly into TriNet. Automate updates for new hires, job changes, and compensation adjustments while ensuring payroll data is accurate and up to date. This integration eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and keeps your HR and finance teams aligned.
How it works:
- Automated employee data sync via API: The integration pushes new hire details, job changes, and compensation updates from HiBob to TriNet using API-based syncs (manual or scheduled). HiBob is the source of truth, and all updates should be made there to ensure data consistency. Optionally, pay details can be pulled from TriNet into HiBob for employee access.
- Time off handled via CSV export: Approved time off data cannot be synced via API and must be exported from HiBob as a CSV and uploaded to TriNet manually. Field and value mapping ensure department, location, and job codes align correctly between systems.
