  • Data sync from Bob to ADP: includes employee data from the following reports:
    • New hires: details of employees who joined your organization during the pay cycle period.
    • Changes: details of updates to employees’ personal, employment, or payroll information made during the pay cycle period.
    • Terminations: details of employees who permanently left your organization during the pay cycle period and need to be removed from the payroll system.
    • Time off: details of time off taken by employees during the pay cycle period, including policy names and reason codes.
    • Attendance: updates to employee attendance records, including hours worked and overtime.
  • Data sync from ADP to Bob: If you have set up the Pay details integration, employees can view their pay details directly from their Bob profile.
