Functionality and how the integration works
The Torii HiBob integration allows customers to connect their HiBob account to Torii using OAuth authorization. After the connection is established, Torii retrieves employee profile information and organizational attributes from HiBob and imports them into Torii. The integration performs periodic syncs to keep the data current, reflecting updates such as new hires, employee changes, and terminations. This synced information is then available inside Torii to support employee directory management and lifecycle-based automation.
