Functionality and how the integration works

The integration uses secure APIs and webhooks to create a real-time, two-way sync between HiBob and SuperPath.

Real-time employee sync (HiBob → SuperPath): Changes in HiBob, such as new hires, updates to employee profiles, team changes, or offboarding are instantly pushed to SuperPath via webhooks, ensuring your learning platform always reflects your source of truth.
Automated user provisioning: Users are automatically created and updated in SuperPath based on HiBob data, with flexible options for invitations and authentication (including SSO via Google or Microsoft).
Selective sync controls: Admins can control which employees are synced (e.g. by site or group), allowing for tailored rollouts and segmentation.
Real-time learning record sync (SuperPath → HiBob): When an employee completes a course or learning pathway in SuperPath, that completion data is immediately sent back to HiBob, enriching the employee record with up-to-date training history.

Overall, HiBob remains the source of truth for employee data, while SuperPath manages learning, connected through a real-time, bi-directional integration that removes manual work and ensures both systems stay perfectly aligned.
