Functionality and how the integration works
When a pre-employment check is completed, a full report with the applicant details and check outcome is added to their HiBob profile.
You’ll find these reports in HiBob under Docs › People’s Docs › Confidential Docs, where every completed check syncs automatically.
If you prefer to keep them somewhere specific, simply create a folder named “Background Checks, Work Eligibility & References” and reports will route there instead.
