About the position

In London, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive our next phase of growth. Reporting to the
Sales Director, you’ll manage 16 sales reps across our London team. You’ll be responsible for
managing and developing sales reps to hit and exceed sales targets and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

● Managing day-to-day performance of Account Executives
● Tracking sales team metrics and KPIs
● Forecasting UK sales to Sales Director and Managing Director
● Working collaboratively with SDR manager & Marketing to improve conversion rates
● Working alongside Sales Director and People Operations to onboard and ramp up new sales reps
● Coaching, both over the phone & out in the field
● Ongoing skills assessments of your team

Requirements

● A passion for people
● 2-3 years managing sales reps
● Strong knowledge of HR tech industry
● A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
● Experience or desire to be part of a high-growth scale up business
● A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
