About the Position

We’re looking for an experienced performance campaign manager for our growing Demand Generation team, with the goal of improving paid campaign performance, expanding to new channels, and increasing revenue and growth.  The right person is well-versed in digital marketing tactics, is consistently focused on improvement and optimization and knows how to work collaboratively as part of a team. This position is a hands-on position but the right candidate shows the propensity for strong team leadership. Today s/he will have day to day oversight of our agency partners with the near-term goal of expanding and developing a team in house.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of search/display channels and LinkedIn/Facebook sponsored campaigns, and will also be tasked with expanding to other media platforms.

  • Plan, execute and optimize digital performance campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate/manage agencies and other vendor partners
  • Setup, implement & track international PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Run on-going A/B tests on different activity parameters
  • Track and report on campaign performance
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign assets and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • 2-3 years of experience in running international B2B PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta)
  • Proficient with Excel – mandatory
  • High Level of English – mandatory
  • Familiar with LinkedIn/Facebook ads dashboards – a big plus
  • Familiar with WP CMS and Google Analytics/tag manager – a plus
  • Technical and analytical orientation
  • Self-motivated multi-tasker
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
