About the Position

As Business Applications Manager in Tel Aviv, you will develop manage and maintain systems that integral to our funding and bookkeeping records, while successfully converting business needs into software requirements. You will work closely with the CFO and other members of the Finance team to balance our budget and expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain overall company’s Information Systems architecture, integrations and data flow
  • Establish Information Systems policies, standards, and practices
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure solutions and applications meet business needs
  • Plan and maintain the information systems budget
  • Analyze business needs presented by the users and recommends technical solutions
  • Direct the deployment and maintenance of systems, programs, and systems software to meet management and the company’s information needs
  • Participate in software evaluations and maintain vendor relationships
  • Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role in a startup company
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration – a must
  • Deep knowledge with Netsuite system – a must
  • Previous experience evaluating, selecting and deploying financial, sales, marketing helpdesk applications (Google Apps, 365, Jira, Priority, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
  • Expertise in business operations, system architecture, and business process redesign
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate to the systems needs
  • BA/BS in Computer Science – an advantage
  • Hands-on “doer” and multitasker
  • A people person with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
