I’ve always been a people person. Communication, interactions, and socializing make me feel alive. When it comes to work, I always put my people first. I truly believe that great products are built by great people, you can’t do it any other way. Looking back at my journey of over 15 years in product design, I can proudly say I had the privilege to work with a list of great people, the ones you can learn from, the ones that are there for you, the ones that you feel you want to be around, simply good people. When I encountered Hibob, I found it super interesting. I wondered how I can help people grow. Surely it’s not an easy task, but I’m excited to do my part to make a few more people smile.

I’m a visual communication designer. Whether it’s designing products or websites for businesses or consumers, it’s all about solving people problems in the right context. I love to work with people, understand how people behave and what environment they thrive in. When designing for people, context matters. Serving the right thing at the right time aligns everything. A seamless experience is a reflection that the design was built with context and user research in mind. Good design is design that works.
Although the people-led design approach hasn’t changed over the span of my career, the world around me has. I’ve witnessed a massive transformation in the way people consume content across many aspects of their everyday lives. The workplace experience is no exception, as it’s constantly evolving. Employees need technology that reflects their contextual experiences. Companies who really want to engage their people need to have good intent combined with technology that is consumerized, personalized and familiar. The power of HR tech is its ability to inspire curiosity through engaging content relevant for each individual. We have to keep in mind that the employees of today are extremely busy. Hibob’s goal is to keep them productive by engaging them where they are, in their natural flow of work and current mindset. That’s where integrations come in.
As a product designer, I know people appreciate good design, the one that works for them. This is where bob makes a difference with its beautiful, user-friendly agile HR management platform that helps companies grow their people. Nowadays many companies are eager to know more about their people, how they feel, hear their voice and help them gain a sense of belonging. At bob, we build tools that help gain these important insights, while keeping all of the HR workflow cycles in an all-in-one platform. Using an agile ground-up approach, bob provides different companies with different solutions helping them create their own culture and company lifestyle.
Designing a B2B HR product that is built for everyone is one of the things I find fascinating. Putting users first, understanding their needs and maintaining a personal inviting user experience seems like an appropriate challenge. How we can help companies grow their people? How we create meaningful employee experiences that ignite company culture and excite and retain today’s workforce? These are parts of my next upcoming challenges that I’m looking forward to.
