Francesca has 20 years experience and a strong track record in talent, employer marketing, branding, diversity and culture and is currentlyHead of Candidate Attraction at Deloitte UK. Previously, she was the Board Director for the Association of Graduate Recruiters. At LLoyds Banking Group, Francesca designed and implemented the company’s youth employer brand and talent strategy. For her work with Lloyd’s Bank Francesca won the UK Awards in 2015/16. Francesca also worked as Talent, EVP and Resourcing Leader at Computer Science Corporation, where she was involved in developing youth talent acquisition strategy. Francesca began her career as a Consumer Branding & Marketing Lecturer, at the University of Management Sciences.

Jenny Tillgren is an Employer Brand Strategist, Change Agent and Business Advisor who helps to build more diverse organizations, more authentic brands, and strengthen their customer interactions and experience as a result. Her work covers everything from unifying company culture in a hyper-growth environment, to reskilling workforce in the age of automation and preparing for Brexit implications on the workforce.

She counts the likes of Applied, Arm, Klarna, The White Company, Freeformers, Facebook, Google –Squared Online and Walgreen Boots Alliance, Douwe Egbergs Coffee,wagamama amongst her varied clients. This innovative discovery platform is helping companies to engage their workforce in physical activity, by providing access to the largest global network of workout facilities. Natalie is responsible for ensuring that Gympass attracts and hires the best talent through the power of its brand, and by optimising the recruitment process across Europe. Previously, Natalie was a Lead Consultant at Aston Carter, the world’s largest privately held staffing firm. At Aston Carter, Natalie helped transform the way the company’s recruitment teams operate. Natalie has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
