Perk of the week – Fisherman’s Fridays at bob

This week’s featured perk is one of our own. At bob as we get together for fish & chips as a team each Friday lunch time. bob CMO, Andy Bellass, decided to instigate Fisherman’s Fridays when the team in the London office reached a whole three people. We’re now eleven people in the office and continue this tradition. It’s a simple set-up: on Friday lunch times, the London team (including any team members visiting from our Tel Aviv office) go out for fish & chips together. Why it works? Andy…

Why we need psychology

Top psychology lessons for product design At hibob, we’re all about making life easier, and better - specifically the day-to-day lives of business people. There were drinks, a DJ, the premier of our (very short) films of wisdom from our own HR sage ‘Bob’. He was previously chief staff engagement fluffer at…

MVP or GTBR?

After a number of years working in the tech space with some great people, I began to have a love/hate relationship with the concept of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product). Up (blog) Periscope!

Today we lift our head above water... To be honest I was quite enjoying ‘stealth mode’. It forgives lots of sins, and ‘flies under the radar’, you could say - but no, now is the time to lift our head above the water and begin to tell our story. ...or rather to tease our story in our shiny new blog.  How it began Last summer four of us got together with a simple vision to use technology to sort all the huge pains and inefficiencies that exist around the management…
